Name: Ru Shi Su
Region, Nation: Capital City Jingdou, JEG
Combat Style: Erratic in all meaning of the word. Her airbending is strong. Her movement, even stronger. Just think of a tornado tearing up a town- that's basically Ru Shi.
Signature Move: Seemingly twisting her body, reving up a powerful tornado pulling all to her.
Personality: If you're trouble, you're "dirty" and Ru Shi has an OCD for cleanliness. She's very sweet, twitchy at times and deals with a strong case of obsessive compulsive disorder but since she's a cop she has plenty to do. I figured with the three year time skip, she practiced putting herself into a Zen like state so gang members can't get away scott free just by throwing dirt on her anymore.
History: Ru Shi moved to Jing Dou as a sweet air nomad girl ready to live on her own but then SURPRISE JING DOU IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE IN. Tramatized, she joined the JEG and has been a little screwy ever since.
